About Us

Native Foresters is a Sunshine Coast owned and operated company delivering best practice environmental solutions for landowners, developers, government and industry across South East Queensland.

Starting with a focus on rural property management and mixed native species forestry systems, our business has evolved to meet the demand for services in environmental management.
Our aim is to provide genuine, simple and fauna-sensitive solutions that are NC Act 1992 compliant and finely tuned to our client’s needs.

We use low impact equipment and new technology to ensure minimal risk to people and optimal welfare of native fauna throughout all stages of project design, implementation and post-implementation monitoring.

Our team works in partnership with clients to achieve successful on-ground results, and are our greatest asset.

Our business continues to expand the range of environmental services it provides. We specialise in flora and fauna and are able to take a project from the initial planning phase through to implementation and post-implementation monitoring and rehabilitation works.

Native Foresters can provide scientific investigations including ecological assessments, impact assessments, environmental planning and monitoring as well as on ground project implementation including wildlife spotter catcher services, landscape revegetation, wetland rehabilitation, weed control works and agroforestry.

We aim to provide genuine, simple and fauna-sensitive solutions that are NC Act 1992 and EPBC Act 1999 compliant.

The team of environmental consultants, scientists, ecologists at Native Foresters have in depth knowledge and understanding of the relevant State and Federal environmental legislation and how it impacts the requirements of the projects we undertake on behalf of clients.

Our licensed wildlife spotter catchers have extensive experience in the detection, capture, care, and release of wildlife disturbed by vegetation clearance activities across a range of terrestrial and aquatic habitats.

Native Forester’s bush revegetation team are highly skilled in the conduct of rehabilitation works including appropriate species selection, planting regimes, effective weed control methods and ongoing maintenance for our projects.
